Markiewicz
I was born in 16 march 1952. I graduated from University of Lodz The Faculty of Law in 1973. Than till 1979 I was working as an assistant in The Institute of the Polish History and Law The Faculty of Law at University of Lodz. Till 1981 I was a journalist TVP - Centre in Lodz.

After enforcing the state of war I was laid off my work for my membership of NSZZ "Solidarność". From 1982 to 1988 I was working as a taxi driver. From 1900-1991 I was a director of TVP - Centre in Lodz, than I was a vice chairman The Committee of Radio and Television and from 1993 to 1994 the chairman the National Counsel of Radio and Television. I was one of the authors of presidential project of act of radio and television and the project of the reform of media in Poland.

In Polish Parliament of the first term, as its Member from the list of NSZZ "Solidarność", I was a member of Constitutional Commission - reporter of The Small Constitution, member of Committee of Constitutional Liability , Commission of Culture and Extraordinary Commission of The State of War. In Polish Parliament of the third term (from the list AWS) I became a vice chairman of The Justice and Human Rights Commission, the chairman of fixed Constitutional Tribunal Commission, member of The Commission of Novelty of Co-operative Law. I represented the lower house of Polish Parliament in front of The Constitutional Tribunal.

Due to my parliamentary and journalist experience I am a specialist at media, press and copyright law. I lead my individual program in "Polsat" TV that is devoted to journalism and ethic in media. I graduated a judge trainee period (1978) and an attorney trainee period (1990). I lead an individual law office in Lodz at 270 Piotrkowska St. I figure at the list of advocates of The District Chamber Bar Association in Lodz. Currently I am the director of the information departament of Polish TV .
